MyAssignmentHelp got our attention with the decent web design. The site looks nice, and there’s a video giving students a quick tour. The process is clearly described: you place an order and pay for your assignment, and then you get content by the deadline. The only problem is that in all that text, we didn’t see a guarantee for free revisions and potential refunds in case of dissatisfaction. There is a revision and refund policy at the website. However, it mostly tackles refunds and doesn’t mention how you can get revisions and how many of them you’re entitled to.
We looked around the web and realized that students rarely get revisions from MyAssignmentHelp.com. The service protects itself with its policies, so you can’t hope to get the content improved in case it doesn’t work.

There’s an elaborate list of services on this website. The dropdown menu lists all products available on the website. They include financial accounting assignment, business report, case study, essay, all kinds of programming assignments, and much more. In addition, this service offers CDR assignment help, especially designed for Aussie students.
However, there’s a very limited number of subject areas offered for essay help: law, management, humanities, nursing, and philosophy. If you need an essay on a topic from social sciences, economy, psychology, or any other area of study that’s not listed here, you won’t be able to use this service. We contacted the support to find out if they were able to provide an essay on psychology topic. The support agent immediately responded with a positive answer. However, after our experience with My Assignment Help, we realized they didn’t have an expert in their team. They assigned a freelance writer who paraphrased random content and delivered a plagiarized essay.
Whoa, this is a problem.
There are no prices featured on this website. We searched and searched, but there’s no price chart in sight. They require you to provide an email address and start the ordering process, so you can find out what the price is. Who wants to start the ordering process without being aware of the final charge?
We tried contacting the support to ask for the price. They sent a generic answer: “The price depends on factors like deadline, subject area, project, and number of words.” Everyone knows that, but what’s the price, exactly!? We specified the type of assignment we wanted, the deadline and the length, hoping that would be enough for us to get a price estimation. The agent (it’s actually a chatbot) sent another generic answer: “Please upload your assignment details in the order form so we can send the solution to your email.”
Lack of transparency is a big problem. When students want to order content online, they like to check the offer, see the price, and submit the project if they like it. No one has the time to send email messages, wait for answers, and negotiate deals.
Discounts & Additional Features
There’s a banner featuring a so-called combo offer at the top of the site. It says “$20 Bonus + 25% off + 5% cashback.” Without knowing the price, you don’t know what these percentages mean. Hint: the service won’t give you 25% off plus $20 bonus. If you read through MyAssignmentHelp review online, you’ll see that students get a high price, so these discounts are fictive.
The final charge is expensive when compared to some of the most impressive agencies in the writing industry. The problem is that the quality is too low.
Bottom line: you don’t know what you’re getting into when hiring this agency. There are a few samples on the website, but they are blurred, and you have to sign up for membership to access them. From what you’ll see in the introductions, they aren’t impressive.
